I was honored when a good friend, Nadine Rozowsky, asked me to rebrand her business.
The assignment was to create a fun logo, which combined her love of photography and dogs (ask her where the name "Best Dog" came from—it's a great story!). The new logo would be applied to traditional collateral but also had to stand out on her photographs as a watermark.
I began with tons of thumbnail sketches, which were refined into three unique, whimsical logo concepts. Once she made her selection, we carried it out through several logo variations and a collateral set. .

The Bahá’í Faith approached Glantz Design to help them redesign and develop a new website that would engage members of their faith and offer insight for those interested in learning more about their community, practices, and the temple architecture. Each user path is easy to navigate through intuitive user experience and well-written content.
Once the sitemap and wireframes were approved, I worked with Glantz’s Creative Director, Jen Lemerand, to design unique page templates, which add to the users’ journey on the new website.
After completing the website, I designed and oversaw production of a double gate-fold brochure that was distributed at a national conference. The brochure was intended to give basic information about the Bahá’í Faith and drive traffic to their new website.

OMBRE is a unique orofacial myofunctional therapy program completed entirely online. The therapists of OMBRE help their patients with a wide multitude of issues including jaw pain & TMD, neck and shoulder pain and tension, and misaligned teeth.
The founders of OMBRE came to Glantz Design seeking a logo and website. The website was intended for three users: the everyday user and potential member seeking more information on OMBRE, the registered OMBRE member, and medical professionals seeking to work with or refer to OMBRE.
OMBRE’s website allows users to learn more about their program and sign up to become a member. Members select and purchase a payment plan, then are given a personalized dashboard where they can watch video lessons, go to teletherapy appointments, and purchase extra supplies for their exercises. Professionals can refer patients, become preferred providers, purchase supplies, and apply to become an OMBRE therapist.
I worked closely with the developer to figure out the steps of each users’ unique experience and design the pages to be user friendly and visually appealing.

Heartland Animal Shelter is a no-kill animal shelter located in Northbrook, IL. In October 2017, management wanted to create and launch a new website to celebrate 15 years of saving the lives of homeless dogs and cats.
I donated my time to design and project manage the creation of their new website. Brooklyn Guan and Rachel Oakes donated their time to develop the site on Wordpress.
I combed through the old website to develop the information architecture and curate (and at times re-write) the content for the new website. The result is a website that is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and beautifully showcases the animals available for adoption. It also highlights shelter news and events, integrates adoption applications, and allows users to make donations via PayPal.
The new branding was extended to additional pieces including a newsletter, business cards, event flyers, fundraising collateral, a van wrap, and t-shirts.
Nothing is more satisfying than holding the final printed piece for a project I've worked on for a long time. Plus, selecting paper is half the fun of a print job! These are a few of my favorite one-off print pieces I’ve done to date!
The City of Highland Park is a charming North Shore community with a wonderful downtown district that draws affluent customers to a multitude of restaurants, shops, and corporate businesses.
I collaborated with the City’s Business Development Manager to create a set of direct mail postcards to highlight the benefits that the City can offer to prospective new business, should they pick the City of Highland Park as their location.
Additionally, we created a series of ads to place in a local magazine to welcome new businesses to the community and draw in potential customers.
This Ravens Wood project is a concept for the redesign of the current Ravenswood branding and package design.
The logo and packaging nod to the roots of the brand in the Pacific Northwest. As the raven symbolizes creation in Pacific Northwest Native American art, it felt like an appropriate style for the execution of the brand and packaging.
Small details, such as the custom die-cut and the box containing the bottle, elevate the value of the brand.
A successful logo starts with solid research and visual brainstorming (sketching) and is brought to life by good technical skills and knowledge of logo design. I enjoy each step of the process and take pride and joy from client satisfaction, especially when they begin their reply email with I am speechless!
